The Alabama Crimson Tide, featuring former Vista Ridge High School standout Brooke Wells, earned a commanding 12-0 win against the Tennessee Lady Volunteers in an NCAA Division I softball matchup Saturday, April 25, at 3 p.m.

Sherri Parker Lee Stadium hosted the game, marking the Crimson Tide’s first contest of the season versus the Lady Volunteers.

Brooke Wells tallied one hit across three at-bats, scored a run, drove in one run, worked one walk, had one strikeout and left five runners stranded.

The Crimson Tide is set to face the Lady Volunteers again at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium on Sunday, April 26.
