Austin airport guest services assisted over 780,000 passengers in 2025

In 2025, the Guest Services team at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) assisted more than 780,000 passengers with questions ranging from directions to airport facilities to general travel information. The team also organized 12 events during the year, offering activities such as making envelopes for Lunar New Year and crafting cards for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Over 4,000 travelers participated in these events.

The Volunteer Ambassador program, managed by Guest Services, recorded 2,773 volunteer hours in 2025. Volunteers helped an additional 72,685 visitors navigate the airport and provided information.
