Braylin Pannill’s Tarleton State team falls 7-6 to California Baptist in Division I matchup

At 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, former Georgetown High School star Braylin Pannill and her Tarleton State Texans suffered a 7-6 defeat against the California Baptist Lancers in their NCAA Division I softball contest.

John C. Funk Softball Stadium was the venue for their third head-to-head game with the Lancers this season. Both teams have each won one of their previous matchups in the season series.

Pannill notched one hit in three plate appearances, struck out once, and stranded two runners.

The Texans plan to face the Lancers again at Tarleton Softball Complex on Friday, May 8.
