Caroline Harris Davila, a Republican elected to the Texas State House in 2023 representing the state’s 52nd House district, posted a series of updates on her official X (formerly Twitter) account between May 17 and May 19, 2026. Her posts addressed early voting for the Primary Runoff, public safety priorities alongside Governor Greg Abbott, and included a biblical reference.
On May 17, Davila shared a verse from Psalms: “You rule the raging of the sea; when its waves rise, you still them.” Psalm 89:9.
