Caroline Harris Davila, State Representative for Texas House District 52 and a Republican elected in 2023, has used her social media platform to inform constituents about early voting procedures and local educational developments in Williamson County.
On February 17, 2026, Davila announced the start of early voting in Williamson County. She posted: “Early voting has started in @wilcotxgov! Polls are open 7AM–7PM through February 27 (12PM–6PM on Sunday), and 7AM–7PM on Election Day, March 3. Later that day, she highlighted her involvement with a new local educational facility. On February 17, Davila wrote: “Took a break from greeting voters at early voting locations to participate in a beam signing for the new TSTC facility in Hutto! I am so proud of their work and look forward to the many more opportunities this expansion will provide for students in Williamson County! https://t.co/M1O8ndpEfJ”.
Continuing her efforts to promote voter participation, Davila posted again on February 18 from an early voting location. Davila succeeded James Talarico as representative for Texas’s 52nd House district after winning election to the Texas State House in 2023.
