The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2025 in Williamson County fell by $5,222, while total sales increased by 610.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From October through December of 2025, 718 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices around averaging $265,474. This is a 1.9% decrease from the $270,696 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 101 homes sold.
U.S. home prices continued to rise in 2025, with the national median reaching about $447,000 in June. That’s up 1.13% from a year earlier, according to Redfin. The data also show a significant gap in supply and demand, with 36% more sellers than buyers (a difference of 508,715 homes). By Redfin’s definition, a balanced market has seller and buyer numbers within 10% of each other.
