From July through December of 2025, 1,464 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices averaging $263,525. This is a 2.6% decrease from the $270,696 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 101 homes sold.
U.S. home prices continued to rise in 2025, with the national median reaching about $447,000 in June. That’s up 1.13% from a year earlier, according to Redfin.
