The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2025 in Travis County , while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2025, 1,521 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices averaging $407,100. This is a 4% increase over the $391,324 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 1,987 homes sold.
