The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $5,523.65. This is 2.09% of the appraised value of the home.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Serenada as of this publication.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 700 Sequoia Spur as of Oct. 10, 2020: William Gregory Hargis, 70, and Angeline Marie Pagliarli, 47.
