The City of Austin is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations or quasi-governmental entities for the provision of HIV-related primary care, medications, and critical support services. This initiative targets people living with HIV in the Austin Transitional Grant Area, which encompasses Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, Caldwell, and Hays counties. Funding will be provided through Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A and Minority AIDS Initiative federal funds, along with City general funds.

Proposals must be submitted by December 6, 2024. The anticipated start date for contracts funded by Ryan White Part A and MAI is March 1, 2025, while those funded by General Funds are expected to begin on April 1, 2025.

Questions about the RFP should be directed to Helen Howell via email at APHCompetitions@austintexas.gov by November 26, 2024. Proposals will only be accepted through the PartnerGrants database; paper copies are not permitted.

Optional pre-bid meetings are scheduled for November 12 and November 13. Registration details can be found on the solicitation website.

"APH is only accepting proposals through the PartnerGrants database," a statement reads.
