There were 214 homes sold in the county in February, with a median sale price of $272,641 — a 0.3% increase over the $271,922 median sale price during the same period of the previous year. In comparison, 194 homes were sold in Williamson County in February 2025.

The data also show a significant gap in supply and demand, with 36% more sellers than buyers (a difference of 508,715 homes).
