On Saturday, March 28, at 2 p.m., the Wright State Raiders, featuring former Georgetown High School standout Cooper Ashby, earned an 11-5 win in NCAA Division I baseball against the Oakland Golden Grizzlies.

The matchup, held at Nischwitz Stadium, was the teams’ second contest of the season. In their earlier matchup on Friday, March 27, the Raiders prevailed 12-4.

Ashby took the mound for one inning, notching one walk and a strikeout.

The Raiders are scheduled to take on the Golden Grizzlies again at Nischwitz Stadium on Sunday, March 29.
