Wright State Raiders fall to Tennessee Volunteers 5-4 in NCAA Division I baseball

On Saturday, March 7, at 5 p.m., Wright State Raiders, featuring former Georgetown High School standout Cooper Ashby, were defeated 5-4 by the Tennessee Volunteers in their NCAA Division I baseball matchup.

Lindsey Nelson Stadium hosted the game, marking the second time the two teams met this season. In the previous matchup on Friday, March 6, the Raiders suffered a 4-3 defeat.

Ashby took the mound for 0.1 innings.

The Raiders are set to play the Volunteers again at Lindsey Nelson Stadium on Sunday, March 8.
