Spicewood home valuations rose in May

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Spicewood rose by $278,025 while total valuation increased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were six homes sold, with a median home valuation of $577,741 - a 92.8 percent increase over the $299,716 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Spicewood in May 2021.
