The City of Austin has issued a Request for Applications (RFA) seeking qualified nonprofit or government providers to offer supportive services to clients of the Downtown Austin Community Court (DACC) Intensive Case Management (ICM) program. The aim of the program is to assist individuals in achieving and maintaining stability through various services.

Applicants interested in providing Representative Payee (RP) services and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) / Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) Outreach Access and Recovery (SOAR) Application Assistance are encouraged to apply. The selected providers must be approved by the Social Security Administration to manage benefits and have experience working with individuals receiving public benefits.

The applications must focus on individuals enrolled in the DACC's ICM program, with referrals coming directly from DACC ICM staff. The deadline for submitting responses is May 17, 2024, at 2 PM Central Time. Additionally, a non-mandatory pre-offer conference is scheduled for April 11, 2024, at 3:00 PM Central Time at One Texas Center, Austin.

For any inquiries or additional information regarding the application process, interested parties are advised to reach out to Edna Staniszewski, Downtown Austin Community Court Business Process Specialist, at 512-974-1260.

Interested parties can find more details and download the necessary application documents on the City of Austin's official website.

The City of Austin is looking forward to partnering with qualified providers to deliver essential services to those in need within the community.
