City of Austin Seeks Proposals for Digital Housing Crisis Referral Services

The City of Austin (COA) Homeless Strategy Office has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Housing Crisis Referral and Information Services. The RFP, labeled HSO 2024-001, is aimed at qualified social service providers with experience in assisting individuals and households experiencing homelessness.

According to the RFP details, questions regarding the proposal are to be submitted by May 15, 2024, and the proposal itself is due on May 22, 2024. The anticipated start date for contracts resulting from the RFP is August 1, 2024.
