Givens Recreation Center hosts first Deaf Social Night

The Givens Recreation Center is set to host its inaugural Deaf Social Night on Monday, December 23. The event will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the center located at 3811 E. 12th St.

This event aims to include individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or those studying and using American Sign Language (ASL). Participants can enjoy free refreshments, engage in group games, and socialize with fellow ASL users in a lively setting.

Deaf Social Night is open to the public without charge. For additional details, interested parties are encouraged to contact the Givens Recreation Center at 512-974-2430.
