Ahead of students, teachers, and administrators returning back to school, Representatives John Carter (TX-31) and Nathaniel Moran (TX-01) introduced the School Security Enhancement Act. H.R. 5184 enables local school districts to use Student Support and Academic Enrichment (SSAE) block grant funding for school safety infrastructure and technology.
