The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $12,706.56, 2.09% of the appraised value of the home.

So far in December 2020, two properties sold in Serenada.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, Patricia a Martin, 62, was the only registered voter residing at 296 Logan Ranch Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
