What happened to the median home valuation in Point Venture during Q2?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Point Venture rose by $70,119 while total valuation increased by 140 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 12 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $298,114 - a 30.8 percent increase over the $227,995 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Point Venture in the second quarter of 2021.
