Manor median home valuations rose by 7.2% in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Manor rose by $14,535 while total valuation increased by 125 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 45 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $216,867 - a 7.2 percent increase over the $202,332 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Manor in the second quarter of 2021.
