Spicewood median home valuations fell by 17.3% in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Spicewood fell by $103,937 while total valuation decreased by 5.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 36 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $497,507 - a 17.3 percent decrease from the $601,444 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Spicewood in the first half of 2021.
