Rising home valuations in Cedar Park (Travis County) in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Cedar Park in Travis County rose by $43,501 while total valuation decreased by 24 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 19 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $474,203 - a 10.1 percent increase over the $430,702 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Cedar Park in the first half of 2021.
