Median home valuations in Jonestown fell to $389,662 in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Jonestown fell by $103,715 while total valuation remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $389,662 - a 21 percent decrease from the $493,377 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Jonestown in the first half of 2021, as well.
