First half of 2022: Briarcliff experienced a 12.9% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Briarcliff rose by $40,127 while total valuation decreased by 8.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 11 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $351,317 - a 12.9 percent increase over the $311,190 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Briarcliff in the first half of 2021.
