The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Leander in Travis County fell by $107,715 while total valuation increased by five percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 21 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $320,335 - a 25.2 percent decrease from the $428,050 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Leander in the first half of 2021.
