Valuation for the median home in Point Venture increased during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Point Venture rose by $50,599 while total valuation increased by 60 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 16 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $298,114 - a 20.4 percent increase over the $247,515 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Point Venture in the first half of 2021.
