First half of 2022: Home valuations in Lago Vista increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Lago Vista rose by $28,319 while total valuation increased by 31 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 38 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $287,964 - a 10.9 percent increase over the $259,645 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Lago Vista in the first half of 2021.
