Former Georgetown High School player and current Angelo State Rams right handed pitcher, Braxton Pearson, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the third seeded West Texas A&M Buffaloes.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
