On March 3, 2025, McCaul expressed gratitude towards President Biden for focusing on domestic semiconductor chip production. He stated that this initiative is enhancing national security: "Thank you, @POTUS, for prioritizing the production of semiconductor chips here in America. Our national security is growing stronger each and every day!"

Later that day, McCaul extended greetings to Muslims observing Ramadan across Texas and worldwide. On March 4, 2025, McCaul commented on Ukrainian President Zelenskyy's recent statement regarding a diplomatic meeting. He conveyed optimism about the potential progress in peace negotiations while acknowledging Zelenskyy's appreciation for American support: "I’m very hopeful President Zelenskyy’s latest statement will help get this deal back on track. He clearly expresses his regret for how the meeting devolved, his commitment to the peace process, and his thankfulness to the American people — especially to President Trump..."
