The Austin Police Department (APD) is seeking the community's assistance in locating a missing endangered adult. Kathryn Annette Gragg, a 47-year-old white female, was last seen on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at approximately 10:46 p.m. Her car and personal belongings were discovered abandoned on US Highway 183 near Balcones Woods Drive.

According to APD's Missing Persons unit, Kathryn's absence is considered voluntary, and there is no immediate danger to the general public. However, they are concerned about her wellbeing and are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward.

Described as 5'7" tall, weighing 145 lbs, with hazel eyes and shoulder-length brown hair, Kathryn was last seen wearing a light-colored t-shirt, black pants, and dark-colored tennis shoes.

"Kathryn Annette Gragg's safety is our top priority," said APD. "We are asking for the public's assistance in locating her. If you have any information, please call 911 or contact APD's Missing Persons unit at 512-974-5250."

APD is hoping that the community will rally together to help locate Kathryn and bring her home safely.
