The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is requesting public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a robbery at King Liquor, located at 5310 Burnet Rd. The incident occurred on Friday, May 3, 2024, between the hours of 3:40 p.m. and 4 p.m.
According to APD, the suspect entered the store and shoplifted an alcoholic beverage. When confronted by a store employee, the suspect assaulted the employee before leaving the premises.
