There were 410 students enrolled in Goodwater Montessori School in the 2022-23 school year, 11.1% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 53.4% of them were boys, and 46.6% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Goodwater Montessori School students was white, accounting for 43.9% of the student population.

Goodwater Montessori School roughly covers schools within Williamson County with its main office in Georgetown.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
