The Dougherty Arts Center is set to host a Sustainability Salon on Saturday, October 26, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The event aims to gather feedback on eco-friendly practices and discuss sustainable art methods. Attendees will have the opportunity to swap art supplies, make seed balls, paint, and enjoy hot cocoa while engaging in conversations about sustainability.

This family-friendly event is free and open to the public. While registration is available online, it is not mandatory for attendance.

The Dougherty Arts Center's mission is "to support people who create, showcase, and experience the arts firsthand." The center provides programs for both emerging and established artists. It serves as a cultural hub where individuals of diverse backgrounds come together through the arts.
