Austin police seek help identifying robbery suspects

The Austin Police Department (APD) is seeking public assistance in identifying two suspects linked to a robbery at a 7-Eleven store. The incident took place on October 11, 2024, between 2:30 a.m. and 3 a.m., at the store located at 2020 East 7th Street.

According to the APD Robbery Unit, the suspects concealed merchandise inside the store. When confronted by the store clerk, one of the suspects punched him.

The APD has provided descriptions and photos of the suspects and is urging anyone with information to contact their Robbery Unit at 512-974-5092. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Capital Area Crime Stoppers Program by visiting austincrimestoppers.org or calling 512-472-8477. A reward of up to $1,000 may be offered for information leading to an arrest.
