The Austin Police Department had been seeking assistance from the community to locate Maria Teresa, a 56-year-old Hispanic female who was reported missing on October 23, 2024. According to the police, Mrs. Teresa was last seen at 1127 Tillery Street at around 2:30 p.m. on the same day.
Concerns were raised for her immediate welfare due to potential cognitive impairment. The department urged anyone who might have seen Mrs. Teresa to contact emergency services immediately by calling 9-1-1.
An update has confirmed that Maria Teresa has been located and is safe.
