The City of Austin, in collaboration with Visit Austin, has announced the headliner for this year's New Year's celebration. The event will feature a performance by Third Eye Blind as part of the festivities to welcome 2025.

Scheduled for Tuesday, December 31, from 7 p.m. to midnight at Auditorium Shores, the celebration is free and open to families. It promises an evening filled with entertainment and various food and beverage options. The night will conclude with a fireworks display at midnight. Local vendors offering food and drinks will be revealed in December.

Attendees can expect an enjoyable experience whether they are listening to music, dining on local cuisine, or spending time with loved ones. Further details about the entertainment lineup and participating vendors will be shared soon. Updates can be found at austintexas.gov/any.

Visit Austin serves as the city's official destination marketing organization, promoting Austin as a top business and leisure destination both nationally and internationally.

The Austin Center for Events (ACE) plays a key role in organizing the event by streamlining special event permitting across public and private properties through collaboration among various city departments and agencies.
