Travis County has launched TCTX Serve, a grant program that provides funding to nonprofit social service agencies that have been impacted by COVID-19.

Eligible agencies in Travis County can apply for up to $50,000 of emergency relief funds to maintain their services, continue operations and protect the health of Travis County residents,

The program will use money from the CARES Act, paid as reimbursements for eligible expenses from March 1 through Nov. 30. Qualifying expenses include rent, lease or mortgage payments, equipment so that staff may be accessible remotely, utility payments, PPE expenses and payroll expenses.

Grantees are expected to do their best to continue to serve Travis County residents for one year after the grant award date.
