Michael McCaul, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 10th district, has shared several statements via social media regarding recent commemorations and national security concerns. McCaul, who has been serving in Congress since 2005, made these remarks on November 18 and 19, 2024.

On November 18, McCaul reflected on the anniversary of a tragic event involving the Texas A&M University community. He stated, "Today, I join the @TAMU family in honoring and remembering the 12 people who lost their lives in the Aggie Bonfire 25 years ago."

Later that day, McCaul addressed current national security issues. He criticized the Biden-Harris administration's policies by saying, "We must be clear-eyed about the threats facing our nation today. The Biden-Harris admin's open border and failed foreign policy have wreaked havoc on our country & damaged our national security. @HomelandGOP will work with the Trump admin to mitigate the damage & protect…"
