On February 7, 2025, McCaul expressed his satisfaction at meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington D.C., following President Trump's decision to impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC). He reflected on a previous encounter with Netanyahu in Israel after the October 7 massacre by Hamas. "It was good to see @Netanyahu today in our nation's capitol, right after President Trump moved to sanction the ICC for its shameless arrest warrants targeting the U.S. and Israel."
