The caller stated someone had tried to kill his friend. Officers and EMS arrived on scene and located the body of a male inside the residence who was identified as Jose Ramon Lizarraga Boca Negra, a Hispanic male born on March 28, 1985. He had an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on scene.
