City of Pflugerville issued the following announcement on Dec. 23
Austin Public Health has moved into Stage 5 of its Risk-Based Guidelines, which you can review at austintexas.gov/COVID19. Aligning with these guidelines, Curbside Service is on hold until further notice effective Saturday, December 26. TexShare and Interlibrary Loans are also on hold until further notice.
Item returns are still accepted at this time on Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and all materials will now be quarantined for 14 days. Due to increased need, Curbside Care Kits will continue to be available Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on a table in front of the library. Care Kit donations are not accepted at this time.
Guests cannot place new online reserves at this time. Due dates for items checked out from December 1 to today will be extended to January 15, at which point we will reassess.
Virtual programming, temporary library cards, online renewal of library cards, and digital resources will continue to be available. Program kits for virtual programs will not be distributed at this time.
