Since the City of Austin’s Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is a medium hub primary airport, it must have an ACDBE program. As a condition of eligibility for FAA financial assistance, each year, the City of Austin submits its ACDBE program and overall goals to FAA according to Section 23.45(a) of this part.Below is a link to a PDF copy of the City of Austin's 2023 ACDBE approved plan.
